A prick in my heart.

So I was back from the hospital, 5hours over there and I have to admit that I want to salute those nurses.
I salute them for their patience towards patients.
I salute them for their great courage on cleaning and bearing the smell of waste.
I salute them for putting on a smile even when the patients are demanding at times.
I salute them for their fast speed at handling stuffs and making an efficient jobs every time.
So nurses, you have my respect. :)
One more thing, throughout the visit, I saw quit a number of elderly.
Most of them are accompanied by their families, but there's a few without any visitors.
It hurts to see when there are no families accompanying them when they are at the lowest point/weakest point of life. :(((
I saw cases like a mother was suffering and there's nobody visiting her.
All she did was scolding at the air about her unfilial child/children.
So I hope children will improve on their filiation and that include me. :)
SHEESHA
Ohya people, there's research saying that sheesha is not good for health.
18 cigarettes= sheesha.
It will make it easy for teenagers to become addicted to tobacco.
Dr Loo Chian Min, a consultant respiratory physician with Singapore General Hospital, feels youngsters are deluding themselves if they think sheesha is safe to smoke.
'Studies show that the effects of smoking sheesha is like that of smoking cigarettes,' he said.
There is also a risk of increased chromosomal abnormalities and of having babies with low birth weight.
Dr Loo added that oral cancer has also been linked to sheesha.

Breakaway
Too much things happening, instead of breaking down, I need to break away. Why do human own feelings?
If there's no sadness you will never know what is happiness.
Must I really use this sentence to console myself?
Perhaps there's a much better way right?
Okay, I don't wanna sound emo, it's disgusting to be emo.
Stop it daphne stop it !
Hazel, I'm just a call away alright? :)

Life ain't good for me, there's chalet tomorrow and hopefully I can enjoy it.
I just need more prayers, I hope it will help right? NOT!?
We have to depend on ourselves, not relying on God.
Stuffed with lot of thoughts and worries, wanna to put them behind but it easy to say then do it.
Soyea, troubled like always.
This is the result you get when you're a procrastinator, dragging things on and on.
Now that thingS happened, I meant is thingS (with a big S behind just to remind you and me.) you have to settle not one but more.
I seriously, sincerely, hopefully wish that you will learn your lesson and change for the better.
Although I'm not the one shedding tear, but ask yourself how many times must we get worry for you?
Endless of sleepless nights just for you, we were all so restless, even in the hospital.
Not even a wink just to look at you, come on, my kin please change.
You're not gonna be lucky every time, right?
But whoever you are, whether bad or good I'm still gonna love you like always. :)
